Meeting Minutes

The Annual Meeting to elect new officers and board members was held on November 1st at St. Paul's Lutheran School.  These are the new officers and board members:

After the meeting and banquet the 2003 Year-End Awards were given out.

One registered Quarter horse, regardless of rider accumulating the greatest number of points in all classes. Sponsored by the Tutton Family. This is a traveling trophy.

Clifford B. Underwood Memorial High Point Adult Showman AwardOne horse, One adult rider 18 years and over, with the most accumulated points in Showmanship, Horsemanship and Equitation classes. Sponsored by the family of Clifford B. Underwood. Horses Only. This is a traveling trophy.

George and Thelma Tutton Memorial Forty and Over Award

One Forty and Over Adult, with the most accumulated points in all classes. Horses Only. Sponsored by the Tutton Family. This is a traveling trophy.

MAWHC Open Meetings will be held at the Geneva Township Hall. The address is 62127 CR 380, Bangor, MI. The hall is located on the corner of CR-380 and CR-687. The meetings will begin at 2:00 p.m. The club will be responsible for setting up the chairs and tables and tearing them down.  The next meeting will be on January 11th.
